MNase hypersensitive regions
Open chromatin regions in the maize genome, found with a differential nuclease sensitivity assay based on micrococcal nuclease (MNase) digestion of root and shoot tissue from seedlings. Files are in BED format with three columns: chromosome, start, and end. Coordinates are 0-based and end-exclusive.

The processed BED files were hosted on the CyVerse Discovery Environment, and those links no longer work. Raw reads are still on NCBI SRA; email qisun@cornell.edu for the processed files.
