PANZEA is making a number of software tools freely available to the public.
- TASSEL- A software package to evaluate traits associations, evolutionary patterns, and linkage disequilibrium.
- GDPC - The Genomic Diversity and Phenotype Connection (GDPC) simplifies access to genomic diversity (i.e. SNPs, SSRs, sequences, etc.) and phenotype data (i.e. field, genetic, or physiological experiment data). GDPC accomplishes this by retrieving data from one or more data sources and
by allowing researchers to analyze integrated data in a standard format.
- PowerMarker - A comprehensive set of statistical methods for discrete genetic data analysis, designed especially for SNP/SSR data analysis. Also includes a nice 2D Viewer and CoreSet (Line Selection) batch system.
- HYPHY - A free multiplatform (Mac, Windows and UNIX) software package intended to perform maximum likelihood analyses of genetic sequence data and equipped with tools to test various statistical hypotheses.
- Look-Align - An interactive web-based application for displaying pre-computed multiple sequence alignments.
- DNAAlignEditor - A general-purpose interface for manual editing of sequence alignments after initial alignment by ClustalW or MUSCLE. Multiple sequences (and quality scores) can be imported into the system using three different file formats: Fasta, phrap ace, and standard format.
