The Panzea Database contains the genotype, phenotype, and polymorphism data produced by the Molecular and Functional Diversity in the Maize Genome project. More information about the project can be found on the Project Info page.
The Panzea Database design is based on the Genomic Diversity and Phenotype Data Model (GDPDM). The database schema and an Excel file with table and field descriptions are available below. For the most up-to-date information, please visit http://www.maizegenetics.net/gdpdm/documentation.html.
The Panzea Map Viewer uses the CMap software from the GMOD project, running on top of the cmap database. The schema description of the cmap database is available here. For more information on the CMap software, please visit the GMOD CMap page.
